*Personal Sadhana (spiritual practice) may be done in the temple (not hatha yoga), one's room, large room in the dormitory, outside, or in any quiet space.
**Clothing for ceremonies should be modest and clean. This would include covering the legs and shoulders for both men and women. Preferred clothing for women would be long skirt or sari. Preferred clothing for men would be lunghi.
***Clothing for Karma Yoga should be modest. Please no short shorts or tank tops.
